It's a shame more people don't know her name, she's quietly consulted for many wineries--turning them from mundane to stellar thanks to her tutelage. Enough about her, however. Except she knows South Africa has an excellent climate for wine and has put her faith in it. This bottle (bordeaux style blend) is a prime example of how great South African wine can be.
